Vitafoam’s ECObond™ polyurethane foam collection is the most innovative, technical and environmentally advanced carpet cushion on the market. It is unique because it is formed by combining finely granulated shredded pieces of foam into one solid piece.

All VPC carpet cushion is ozone friendly (no CFC’s), passes the CRI green label for air quality standard and is 100% recyclable.  We use only quality raw materials and a fine grind system to ensure consistency in feel and performance.

Spill Blocker

Vitafoam’s Spill Blocker moisture barrier offers additional protection by preventing spills from penetrating the carpet cushion. This innovative technology makes cleanup easier and reduces pet and other odors. 

Most importantly, all VPC carpet cushion is ozone friendly (no CFC’s), passes the CRI green label for air quality standard and is made with recycled urethane foam scrap trimmings and are 100% recyclable.
